If we discover that you have opened multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets placed through those accounts, confiscate any winnings, and forfeit any bonus funds. Only the original Account (as determined by pen666 in its sole discretion) may be retained, and even that Account may be subject to suspension pending investigation.
Prohibited Users: Employees of pen666, game providers, payment processors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to create accounts or use pen666 services. Individuals previously excluded or self-excluded from pen666 may not re-register without explicit written permission from our compliance team.
To create an Account with pen666, you must complete the registration form providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and preferred username and password.
All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
pen666 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and to protect against fraud, identity theft, and underage gambling. Before processing your first withdrawal (and periodically thereafter), you will be required to submit the following documents:

pen666 supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but typically start at Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000 for e-wallets. Most deposit methods process instantly. Bank transfers during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically credited within minutes. E-wallet deposits are usually instant. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with transaction proof (receipt, transaction ID, or screenshot).
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. pen666 reserves the right to return third-party deposits to the originating account and may suspend your Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits. This anti-money laundering requirement ensures funds are returned to the legitimate Account holder. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Minimum withdrawal amount is typically Rp 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your Account verification level and may range from Rp 5,000,000 (unverified) to Rp 100,000,000 (fully verified VIP accounts). pen666 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing, though your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.
pen666 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity patterns. In such cases, processing may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified if additional verification is required.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 (regardless of whether those bets win or lose) before withdrawing. This requirement prevents pen666 from being used as a money transfer service.
Bonus funds carry separate and typically higher wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6 below and in the specific terms of each promotional offer.
pen666 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the promotional page at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements may have bonuses cancelled and winnings forfeited.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 deposit with a 100% bonus (total Rp 2,000,000) subject to 25x wagering would require total bets of Rp 50,000,000 before withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements:
Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus terms (typically 7 to 30 days). Failure to complete wagering within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
While wagering a bonus, maximum bet limits apply. Typical limits are Rp 50,000 per spin/round for slot games and Rp 100,000 per bet for sports betting. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in voiding of bets, cancellation of the bonus, and forfeiture of winnings. These limits exist to prevent bonus abuse through high-stakes betting.
pen666 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw any bonus if bonus abuse is suspected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinated betting with other players, low-risk betting strategies (hedging, opposite bets), exploiting technical errors or game features, or any activity deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Only one bonus can be active per Account at any given time. Users must complete the wagering requirements of their current bonus before claiming a new one.
When using pen666 services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

pen666 does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, scores, statistics, or any information displayed on the platform. While we make every effort to ensure data accuracy, errors can occur. Users are responsible for verifying information before placing bets.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pen666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or emotional distress, even if pen666 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Rp 5,000,000, whichever is lower.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. pen666 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for Account termination include but are not limited to:
Upon termination, your access to the Account will be blocked. Any outstanding balance of legitimately obtained funds will be returned to you after deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to pen666. However, if your Account is terminated due to fraudulent activity or breach of Terms, pen666 reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting pen666 customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all funds (subject to wagering requirements and verification). Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened except at pen666's sole discretion.

Accounts with no login activity or betting activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. pen666 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance. You will be notified by email before any fees are applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your Account.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pen666 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of pen666 Services shall be resolved through the following process:
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact pen666 customer support to attempt an amicable resolution. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Provide a detailed description of the dispute, relevant Account details, and any supporting documentation.
If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint via email to [email protected]. We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
If internal resolution fails, disputes may be referred to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service as specified by our licensing authority. The decision of the ADR service shall be binding on both parties.
You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against pen666.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and pen666 regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
